Community-judged weekends always seem to come at just the right time around here: when the competition is at its finest and when the editors are at their busiest. This weekend was no exception, and it comes with a story (and a picture).
But first, the winners from this weekend's challenge. Trudging Through Fog took first place with the following piece.
Congrats to all our winners and thanks to all who participated and voted.
Now, for a story and this week's prompt. As you may know from our bios, one of the Trifecta editors lives in Hong Kong and the other in Oregon. Despite maintaining an almost constant flow of conversation, they'd never actually met in real life. Until now.
This is the picture of us, just before one of us (cough) nearly missed her. . .

Congrats to all our winners and thanks to all who participated and voted.

Congratulations to all the winners! I just have to say it's so nice to see the faces of the editors here at Trifecta in that one picture. It's nice to 'meet' you both, as I'm sure it was nice for you to 'meet' each other! Thank you for all the time you spend on us and reading our pieces. You guys are awesome!
